Two of my girlfriends and I have made a pact. It's the 10 pound challenge. We're all going to lose 10 pounds by April 1. I personally have 15 that need to come off, but they only need to take off the 10, so we're rolling with that. This is going to be tough. I already have good eating habits--well, most of the time--okay, I know I had that banana hot fudge sundae with nuts at 11:00 the other night |

but that's unusual. I already exercise at least 4 days out of the week. I guess I'll have to step it all up. Winners all go to the day spa together for half a day...I don't want to sit home alone!
