02/11/2006: "Jump Started"
I was beginning to worry about myself. What was wrong with me? I flipped through People magazine's sexiest men and for the most part it was "Nahhhh." Watched movie previews and thought "Okay." Was there no one out there that could cause my heart to race, my breath to catch? What was wrong with me? (I know I already said that once) What was wrong with all the leading men?
In sharing this with my friend Rhonda, she suggested I google Eric Bana because he'd "crank my tractor." He's okay, but my John Deere still wasn't running.
Then, we went to see Nanny McPhee yesterday. Thank you, Colin Firth. There is nothing wrong with me and a whole lot right with you. I've been jump started and my tractor is cranked and running just fine. I think I'll just leave it there before I say too much in a public forum.
And on another aside, check out Rhonda's revamped website www.readrhondanelson.com. She's a hoot and it's a fun website.

Did you watch the movie TROY? Specifically the scene where Eric Bana preps for battle with Brad Pitt -- the scene where he's putting on his armor?
Hel-lo, Mr. Lickable Biceps.

Oooh I love Eric Bana. He'd definitely do it for me. Or Clive Owen in "King Arthur".
I haven't seen "Nanny McPhee" but I though Colin Firth rocked in "Pride & Prejudice" and I loved the last scene of him in "Bridget Jones' Diary".

Thank you, ladies! I've made a list. Do you think my dh will wonder when I bring home Troy and King Aruthur from blockbuster even though I don't like Brad Pitt? Research, hon. Mr. Lickable Biceps -- dang, why didn't I think of that? And the last scene with CF in BJD is definitely my fave in that movie.

Thanks, Kris! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who sat through Troy thinking "Hello, Eric Bana!!!" and "Brad who???" Eric's a hottie. Jen, you should definitely watch that movie.
